Hey every one posting this weekends cook, Beer in the arse chicken, (2) 4lb birds with 12oz! in the arse... Put some garlic cloves and rub in the cans, Brined them both for 2 hrs before the smoke of royal oak and apple. we made a pasta salad but as the night went on had 1 to many and finished with canned peas lol. Chickens came out so juicy been eating them for 3 days now lol
