We made Khachapuri and it was lovely.

Picked up my new wheels today, then had to grocery shop. Big shop was at Market Basket, but I did want to run into Price Chopper for a couple of sale items. MB was out of the fish I had planned for supper, so I wandered Price Chopper aimlessly trying to figure out what I could fix. They had their Take-and-Bake pizzas on special, so I got a deluxe version and cooked it up at home. Not bad. Leftovers for tomorrow, unless I decide to cook something else.

I had to Google this one, CP. The recipes I saw included an egg cooked in it at the end. I'm not a runny egg person, but the rest of the recipe looked very tasty.

After shopping, I cut up a chuck roast for stew and a small pork butt for chili verde...
We had chili verde burritos for dinner...

Well there many version of Khachapuri, I make one with cheese and egg mixed to batter with some ham. I cant remember the correct name for it I just call it Luba's Khachapuri.

We had some pork loin last night. Man, they were tough. I didn't cook them, my wife did.
