Sloppy joes-- one of my favorites.

Dr. appt for one of us today, the other of us has an appt tomorry. No biggies, just check ups, still exhausting.

Dinner was grill pan cooked salmon with local restaurant bottled spicy stir fry sauce/marinade. I spiffed the sauce up w ginger, ground chili and sesame oil. Sauce is definitely suited for midwestern palates. Broccoli tossed with the same sauce and plain buttered rice.

Fingers crossed we get to go out for lunch manana or at least take out.

SO and I were reminiscing recently and we both recalled having lots of tuna noodle casserole in the early years as a cheap meal.

We decided to make batch for dinner tonight. It was OK. Not in a hurry to make it again.

I hate when that happens. Nostalgia ain't what it used to be. ;):ermm:

Not feeling up to cooking, I thawed some taco meat and Jeannie cut up the toppings.

Something about tacos which make me feel a little better. :yum:
