I had a Wendy's half Chicken, pecan and apple salad and a burger (on the plate no bun).

With the help of my friend Joe, he's a Trader, I made orange chicken with some of the veggies the have been hanging around for a bit.

I made CG's chicken cordon bleu casserole. it was a success. This time I turned the broiler on at the end and it looks better, with the cheese browned a bit. I served it with a leafy salad with homemade blue cheese dressing, and potatoes. We finished the last of the trifle as our dessert.

I think that I'd like to have dinner with each of you :)

DH had a long over due dentist appointment this afternoon,
so we decided that it would be a nice treat to dine-in
at one of our favorite restaurants for Linner - def. late
lunch-early dinner.

They have a wood-fired brick oven and make their
Pizzas and Soft Pretzels in it, divine!
That's what DH ordered, sorry no photos (I've shown
you guys that one a ga-jillian times).
I ordered, by suggestion from our dental hygienist,
The Cubano Sandwich with Fries.

Oh.My.GOSH!
That was amazing!
Smoked Pulled Pork, Smoked Ham, a Mustard-Mayo
sauce, chopped Dill Pickles and Swiss Cheese,
served on a Ciabatta Roll (wrong type of bread, but
this is Cowboyville after all )

This is all served on a half-sheet pan ... not sure
if you can see that behemoth pile of Fries ... I could
only get through half of each the sammie and Fries.
PLUS I was dippin' my Fries into DH's Cheddar-Beer dip
from his Pretzel :yum:

Oh, and DH only ate half of his food as well.
Can you say lunch tomorrow?

TB published his first book today so I treated him to Nando's. We have to order in as I am still not able to go to restaurants or stores. It was good. I ordered a Ceasar chicken wrap with Brussels sprouts and TB had a 1/2 chicken with rice.

Thanks, guys! I forget how nice it is to start the meat, then have plenty of time for other things until the veggies go in. I even got to use up some mushrooms after seeing LT's post, otherwise I would not have thought of it.
