Finally feel capable of cooking again, so I made CG's chicken cordon bleu casserole and a salad (Curly lettuce, sorrel, rainbow chard, mustard greens, carrot, celery, cauliflower, red bell pepper, red onion). I made the Italian dressing the other day. We had that with wholegrain baguette with EVOO & balsamic vinegar for dipping the bread into. It was really good, if I do say so myself.
