We had chicken parm subs with chips and pickles.

I had plans, but this weather is draining all my energy. I just couldn't find the energy to cook, so we ordered hamburgers. They were delicious.

Chicken pieces browned, then finished in the oven on mounds of stuffing, gravy; herbed sliced carrots and zukes. First of the season garden rhubarb- coffee cake made earlier.

I pulled the last bag of taco meat from the freezer, heated it up with a little Tequila (to moisten it), and made us taco salads. I tossed the greens with a vinaigrette that had lime juice for half of the acid. IMG_20220522_211927987.jpg

Went to the kids house for dinner.

Daughter deep fried chicken. We seldom have anything oil fried anymore and this was so yummy. :yum:

Grandson made a pulled pork and beans dish, which was delicious.
He also made a banana pudding pie which we had to take home, being so full from all the dinner options.

A great visit and meal. :)

Having been busy with storm clean-up, supper was a St Hubert Frozen Tortiere and a Cosco mixed salad... both very delish!
