My husband just came home with fever, he isnt allowed to be at work when having a cold due to working with elders. He is miserable.
 
Everyone except the cat is sick here, even had the dog to the vet (she's okay, just needed ointment for an ear infection which she gets a lot).

So, after the vet I ran into the grocery store and picked up a rotisserie chicken and a couple of salads. I am going to turn what is left of the chicken into sandwiches for TB (if he can go to work) and salad meat for me.
 
Crockpot Thai Peanut Chicken, except I made it with B/S chicken thighs in my daughter's Instant Pot (10 minutes on high). Topped with snow peas and sliced radishes, served over white basmati.
