The next time you make some pie pastry, make some extra, roll it out thin about the size of a medium pizza. Cover it with soft butter, brown sugar and cinnamon... don't be too chinsy with this stuff.
Roll it up and bake it (ungreased baking sheet) at about 350 F for about 30 - 40 minutes or so??? Just check it... when they're done, take 'em out, slice them about 2 inches thick.
Only one word of caution... don't roll them too thick or they might not cook very well in the centre... (Yes, we Canadians spell centre differently!)
You can add finely chopped nuts if you like... top it with ice cream, icing sugar or any other disgustingly delicious crap that we really shouldn't, but do on occasion, eat.
