This makes just one, you make as many as you like...Plus these can be made on an indoor grill or the oven...
Heat your grill til hot or oven to 375. Put 1/2 c. jack or shredded cheddar down the center of a 12 inch warmed flour tortilla spreading it to about 2 inches from the edge. Top with 1/4 c. Polish sausage cut into bite-sized pieces or cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, 2-3 thin slices of tomato,3-4 red onion rings. Fold your tortilla over filling cook folded side down til tortilla is toasted and crisp. Turn smooth side down and cook til toasted as well. This takes 2-3 min. per side on hot grill If done in your oven it should take about 10 min...
enjoy,

I want to try this. What can I subsitute for a tortilla. I think I'll make this mixture into a patty type by frying it in dough.
Let us know how it turns out. It's nice to have more than one way to make a recipe.
