ISO Good Vibes Please Everybody?

As some folks here may or may not know,
My husband and I are trying to sell our home
so that we can't move from Southern Arizona
to Northern Arizona where are dearest, life-long
friends live.
BUT...
to do that we NEED to sell this place first.
SO,
I'm looking for as much positive KARMA to be
thrown our way.
Mantra: Buy my house, Buy my house, Buy my house ...
We have another private showing as well as Open House
tomorrow, here's hoping this is THE one!

Sending positive thoughts your way, kgirl. I bet there's a family out there just waiting for your house to come on the market.

Our neighbors across the street just got an offer on their house. I'll try to slingshot their luck your way. Good luck and hang in there - it's not always easy waiting for the right buyer to come along.

Arrow More Help Needed, Please?

Okay, so here we are almost 5 months later
and our home here in Southern Arizona
still has not sold.
We've had 2 really crumby offers, super low-ball that
never came to anything.
We have 1 1/2 months left on our contingency contract on
the home we wish to build up in Northern Arizona,
closer to our oldest and dearest friends.
So, if everyone here at DC could please send a prayer up
for us to help move this along, we'd surely appreciate it.

You got it Kgirl. I sent you an idea that worked for me, after not being able to sell my house.

Heh, mahalo, thanks guys.
I just came back in from "planting" St. Joseph in our yard;
I sent my prayer up and got really choked up.

YIPEE!!!
We're under contract, now we just have to hold our breaths' for 10 days, for the legal "cooling off" or buyers remorse period mandated in the state of AZ.

Fingers crossed, prayers going up, all those things hoping that your goal of moving near your dear friends actually happens.

Good vibes from here also. Counting the days with you.

My question is, where are you going to live when you close on your house, while waiting for your new house to be built?

This angel is looking down on the both of you with prayers of her own. I am sure she will hurry the finality of the sale for you.

Keep in mind. Good things happen to good folks. And the two of you are definitely "Good Folks." Am looking forward to hearing on April 6th that the sale is heading for closing.
