Hi I as m a newbie to the forum. I am now on my second Advantium however I have never used the Covection on the new oven. I would love to hear how some of you have used it.

If you like to make loaf breads, they bake great in a convection oven. Some cookies bake great, too - crispy ones bake best, and you can bake 2 or 3 sheets at a time, since they bake evenly.
