Applesauce asked me for this in another thread so I thought I'd post it up.
here is a link to the Espresso Black Bean chili, I can't post up the recipe due to copyright stuff.

The Chipotle gives it a nice flavor to it and IMO should not be left out. What I did this time was get the canned Chipotle peppers and diced up 1 pepper and used 2 TBSP of the "sauce" that's in the can. I also like to add a little bit of sour cream to mix in, it tastes wonderful!
