Cuisinart Food Processor Recall

It took a few tries to get their site to come up, but I filled out the online form and they're going to send a new blade. Easy peasy.

The product might be manufactured in China, but Cuisinart is an American company. And they're the ones who designed it.

They said on the news last night that they were having problems with the website being overloaded. It was never set up for the volume of traffic the recall has created.

I'm affected by the recall and also couldn't access the website or reach the toll-free number during normal business hours. However I woke up at 2 AM Pacific time and then got right in to the website.

tenspeed, thanks for this. Turns out my FP model is on the list. The offending blade has a beige center post and four rivets.
