Leftovers tonight. Some of the roast chicken and stuffing for a sandwich paired with some l/o minestrone.

Leftovers here, too. We don't have enough pork chops and onions for two, do I pulled a small casserole of cheesy scalloped potatoes and ham from the freezer.

We picked up sandwiches from Dagwoods, a small Montreal chain. This one happens to be the very first resto they opened. I got the roast beef and Stirling got "The Dagwood". Ours were on whole grain bread. It was, as usual, delicious. It really does make a difference that they slice the meat as they make the sandwich.

The Dagwood

Freshly Sliced Ham
Mortadella
Pepperoni
Genoa Salami
Edam White – Mild Cheese

Made Penne Rustica for the first time. I opened a thread earlier tonight with a link to the recipe. It was very tasty. Also made three kinds of foolproof fudge, super creamy. I also posted that recipe as well.
