Leftover Coconut Milk

I'm making a dish ( a real homemade concoction) that I use cocnut milk in. I always end up with at least half a can leftover. So, my questions are, can it be frozen? What do you folks use it in? Thx!

I would use it in curries. I've never frozen it so can't comment on that.

couple days ago , out of milk. had a partial can of coconut milk, so used it for corn muffins. tasted fine.

i also made a smoothie with it with frozen bananas and peaches. yum.
