Hello everyone
Quick question - I bought some boneless-skinless chicken breasts today, cut them some and put them each in a sandwich baggie with marinade (1 marinade, 1 bbq sauce, and the other was a hot wing sauce - all store bought). They are currently sitting in a container in the back of my fridge.
My question is how long will they be good for? Im most likely going to use them within three days (which I think is safe), but I want to know theoretically how long they will be good for (considering they are sitting in a solution with acid and salt). Since they are in a marinade, I cannot tell via color or odor.
