Hello, first time here.

Is there a way to make pourable cream cheese to make a layered pie? And still have it firm up? I know very little about cooking.

Do you have a recipe or are you "winging" it? What type of pie are you making? When I make cheese cake, the cream cheese is mixed with sugar and eggs, flavoring, etc. This makes the cream cheese "pourable" and it must be baked to firm up. Give us more information and I'm certain someone will be able to help you.
