Finally found some ribs that have some meat to them. Rubbed with a beef rib rub a couple of hours before they went on the smoker. Smoker was at 225* with about 3 big chunks of red oak for smoke.
Ribs done after 5.5 hours but too early for dinner. Added a little Head Country BBQ sauce to the ribs.
3 hours later I added some more Head Country BBQ sauce to the ribs and back on the smoker for 30 minutes. Let ribs rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Plated with some doctored Bushes beans that were on the smoker for 2.5 hours and some homemade cole slaw.
These were by far the best beef ribs I have ever made or eaten. Man were they good.
