Beef Top Roast.... HELP!!!!

Ok.... I decided to cook my top roast the wet method. I put in garlic, beer, salt, spices, vinegar and water. I was doing my laundry, came back and opened the lid. It was boiling!!!! It isnt done yet, but it is wayyyyyy to firm. And its still raw in the middle. I just a tender piece of meat. So, I turned it on VERY low, and its still cooking.
DId I just ruin my dinner???????????? HELLLP!!!!!!

Just let it cook a while and see. Probably not if you cook it slower for a bit.

NOpe......... its drrrrrrrrrrrrrryyy. The WHOLE thing is now tough AND dry. NOW what do I do???? DO I chop it up and throw sauce on it????? (banging head on desk)
