Yall know I like to experiement with different food groups. I picked up 2 lbs of bison and decided to make chili. I browned 2 lbs. of ground bison in EVOO. Then added 2 chopped white onions, 1 small can of tomato paste, 2 local chili mixes, and about a cup of water. Let cook for 30 minutes and serve. Pretty good too folks.. enjoy!
