Black Bottom Cupcakes...We had this as one dessert yesterday, Easter Sunday. The kids loved it as did the Adult kids 
Preheat oven to 350
1-8 oz. package cream cheese
1- large egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/8 tea. salt
1- oz. chocolate chips
1- package devils food cake mix
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Mix until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Set aside
Prepare cake mix according to package direction. Soppn 1/3 of cake mix into papered muffin tins, top with a heaping teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle lightly with additional granulated sugar. Bake 30-35 minutes...Makes
24 cupckaes..Enjoy!!!!
