Well this meal was gonna be totally different. I marinated 2 chicken breast in a Szechuan marinade and was planning on having grilled zuchini, green onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and jasmine rice. However, the grocery store had soft onions and zuchini and moldy peppers, so I left. Came home and realized I had some baked potatoes leftover from the night before. So I scooped out the insides and mixed them with butter, cheese, sour cream, garlic and S&P and grilled indirect. We also had some crappy peaches that my wife picked up that were totally unripe and prime candidates for the grill. My 7 year old daughter made the glaze for them herself, I did not help or give her ideas. She picked out honey, sugar and cinnamon and mixed it and said....'that's not half bad'..if you could have felt the joy in my heart when she made the glaze and said that, it was priceless!! Could she be the next Cat Cora?? Who knows? LOL
