Is there a canning section here? I have a question from a friend about whether it is possible to can pesto. If there is a specific area I will post there, otherwise if anyone has an answer for me I would appreciate it. Thanks!
Well I found your question interesting because I have only really seen pesto being frozen, so I thought I would do a little research and I found a site that had the same question you had with a few replys.
Thanks for the tips. I think I will stick with freezing it as you shouldn't heat the pesto to boiling so the canning thing is out. Thank you for the links to the other sites they were quite helpful.
