Chicken and Rice Casserole
This is a little on the bland side, but I can't get enough of it. It is perfect for those days you don't want too much spice.
The rice is awesone.
2 cups Uncle Ben's original rice
1 stick butter
1 package lipton onion soup mix (original)
1 chicken, cut up
Place rice in casserole dish (13x9x2). Melt butter and pour over rice.
Cook onion soup mix according to package directions.
Place chicken pieces on rice and pour cooked soup over all.
Bake 400 for 1 hour.
