Ok here's a tough one for you hehe!
Basically I've been having a dish in a sports bar here in Moscow for 3 years now called Sportland nachos and the place has just closed down so I really want to try and cook it myself. Let me first show you the description on their menu:
Ultimate nachos covered with chili, cheese, black olives, tomato Concasse, bell peppers. Served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
Now to try and describe what it looked like:
On the bottom was chilli covered with layers of nachos and melted cheese and topped off with olives, tomatoe concasse and peppers. I'm not sure how this is acheived so I'm looking for some advice or if anyone knows of an actual recipe for this.
