The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says Kinder eggs are illegal because "they are a confectionery product with a non-nutritive object embedded in it."

It is just what we get when we as adults decide to no longer take personal responsibility for any of our own actions, or precautions to raising our children. I am so glad my kids are young adults now.

its a chocolatey hollow shell that youc an easily break in half, outside is milk chocolate the inside is white chocolate. It has an oval container inside that is a bit difficult to open, it has a trick to it (you have to squeeze one of the ends) so it would be a little harder for a really young one to open (one who hasn't learned not to eat everything)
its a silly thing but it has a toy inside. Its funny that they contraband it though.

Are you KIDDING me? Kinder eggs are absolutely Easter essentials. I'm so sorry my US buddies can't have them!:(
