Chicken roll ups stuffed with spinach, onion, mushroom and garlic
Twice baked potatoes
Fresh sliced tomatoes seasoned with S&P and parsley

I had several King Crab legs left over from the other night, so removed the meat & used it to make one of the many variations out there for "Crab Imperial".
