Ahhh... IC your pictures always torture me! Everything always looks so lovely. That salad looks so tasty - I see belgian endive, tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, and mustard cress (can't tell for sure about that one though..?) Looks good though...

No mustard cress, but you were close. Bibb lettuce, lollo rosso, peppercress, and micro greens.

Last night's dinner was a vegetarian stir-fry featuring "Mock Duck" (a Chinese wheat gluten product), fresh shitake mushrooms, snow pea pods, bok choy, Chinese/Napa cabbage, red bell pepper, garlic, minced fresh ginger, soy sauce & a good dollop of Chinese chili/garlic paste. Served over white rice, of course.
