just finished making a pasta salad. used curly noodles, thought would be a nice change. using frozen veg. ( this time of month all my fresh ones are gone) i put in corn, crinkle cut carrots, and peas. ranch dressing added red pepper,pepper, paprika garlic and onion powder. and the juice of one lime. chopped one hard cooked egg into it. tastes yummy to me. so i can just add the green chilies roast beef and cheese to it. that will bypass the bread, lowering the carbs and salt.
