Wanted to share this recipe for an easy Gluten Free Pizza. It is so addictive and you always seem to find room for more!
for the dough
500 grams of good quality gluten free flour, sifted
1/2 tsp of xanthan gum
1 tsp of sea salt
1 sachet of instant yeast (7 grams)
2 tsp of caster sugar
250 ml of warm water
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
for the sauce
1 can of cherry tomatoes
2 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of dried thyme
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
for the topping
Buffalo mozzarella
Prosciutto di parma
Arugula
