I did my first ever baby back ribs and they turned out awesome! My wife (who normally doesn't care too much for ribs) loved them too! I used the same rub recipe as in my "First Boston Butt" thread. I let it sit in the fridge for almost 24 hours, then put them in the oven for about an hour. Then finished them on the grill with some Sweet Baby Rays. They were much better than some ribs I've had out in town.
