Hi Folks,
I just discovered this site while gathering research about Nesco roasters. My mother had one when I was growing up. Now I have one because I'm trying to save oven space on Thanksgiving....

I enjoy cooking and use the internet a lot to learn about new methods, finding great recipes, etc.
