Foccacia with artichoke topping

Warm 2 Tab of evoo in skillet add 1 finely sliced onion and sautee cook onions about 3o min. or til onions are soft. Stir in one 10 oz pack of sliced artichokes and cook of low heat about 5 min. add salt and let cool slightly. Puree the mixture andding just enough balsamic to bring out the taste and proscess briefly to mix well
This should make enough to fill 4=6 small foccacia. This is rich in taste but not in calories
