Grilled Bananas (dessert)

I saw this years ago on a Bobby Flay cooking show. The recipe was actually from his guest ( not sure who it was). Very simple, but very unique and good.

Grill bananas in their peel until the peel browns ( Im Sure it could be done in the oven too).
- Only took about 10 minutes. Grilling to heat, not to crisp

Take banana out, split open, squeeze as if you were opening a baked potato

Drizzle condensed milk, sprinkle with cinnamon , enjoy.

***To make it vegan, I used condensed coconut milk which worked perfectly***

In Girl Scouts, we split them open, carefully made slits in the banana, and put in pieces of chocolate and marshmallows into the slices. Then back on the grill until it was gooey and yummy. Ah, the memories. So good.

I prefer to have my bananas sliced on my Grape-Nuts Flakes, but thanks for the idea. I will consider it.
