Huli Huli Chicken

The wife and I were craving chicken so last night I grilled up some Huli Huli chicken. We also had corn and fresh fruit. By the time we were ready to eat I had a nice little beer buzz goin so sorry about the messy plate shot and you will notice I hadn't buttered my corn yet. All in all it was a very tasty Friday night dinner.

Great looking chicken. I like the heavy carmelization on mine - the wife calls it burnt

Looks yummy in the tummy. For some reason I got a bunch of recipes for Huli chicken if anybody want some let me know. I aint never made any cuz I aint never heard of it till I got the recipes. Think it must be some kinda Hiwayan deal. Sorta like a Huli Dancer. Now is this hot or warm?
