We infuse grain alcohol with lemon zest for about a week. Then strain it and add simple syrup. Stick it in the freezer and there you have it, limoncello.
Hmmm...something different to put in my candy jar that is on my desk...right now, it is filled with Rockets--something I don't eat anymore, but the DH grabs one everytime he uses my computer...One of the popular things for school kids is gummy bears and vodka. They can walk around with a bag of loaded gummy bears and get their fix between classes.
