I would like to make veggie burgers and have read many recipes, but am not sure which are good. Eggs and bread crumbs are fine with me for binders and I have lots of veggies on hand -- carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, celery, parsley, onions, potatoes, garlic, fresh and sundried tomatoes, and canned beans.
I saw several recipes with oatmeal, but since I eat oatmeal every morning I skipped them. I would prefer bread crumbs or ? as a binder. Also, some of the recipes said to sauté the veggies first while others used the veggies raw.
So...needless to say I'm confused (not unusual). Does anyone have a recipe that they would recommend and want to share?
