I just received my Christmas gift early, a new rotating belgian waffle iron. I have a question or two: What makes the waffles crispy on the outside but fluffy on the inside? is it the batter, iron or a combination of both?
How do hotels make the belgian waffle batter?
Also, i need a really good belgian waffle recipee please. i know i posted a while back that my dad uses krustez but im not sure if that will work for my purpose.
