Just got my book today, hope to bake some goodies over the weekend.
I don't have that book, but I swear by the KA 200th Anniversary cookbook. I bake many items from that cookbook. The 200th Anniversary posts little wheat leaves by recipes where you can use whole wheat flour and I have had great success using ww flour in all/most recipes I have tried. My main brownie recipe comes from this book
