They were similar to clay casuelas, but these were metal, approxamitely 7 inches wide and 1 inch deep with 2 handles. Does anybody know where I can find these?

Certified Pretend Chef Joined Sep 1, 2004 Messages 51,384 Location Massachusetts I went looking out of curiosity and found only clay ones using the name cazuela (no one seems to want to spell it with an 's'). It's similar is shape and style to an 'everyday pan' but they're much bigger - about a foot across. Look for individual casseroles or shop at a Hispanic market.
