I know I've mentioned this previously, I like to deep fry outside and this has been my setup for a while now Until recently, I now have a dedicated table to my fryer and today I beat the rain storm! Thought I was going to have to go to a Plan B for Dinner Kara'age Chicken aka Japanese-Style Fried Chicken with my Quick Cucumber Kim Chee (or kimchi, whatever) and steamed White Rice, Oishii or YUM!
