Okay I spotted this in the Organic Foods section of a local grocery store.

Yes that is the nutritional information on the back of the bag.

I am so glad to know how much Molybedenum I get from eating a serving here. Have never seen that before.

These puffs were on the small size of things.

Crunch wise they were in between a crunchy Cheeto and a Cheeto puff..

Taste was not too bad at all. I say it had good flavor.

I give this item a medium sized thumbs up.
 
Hey, that's 10% of the molybdenum that you need in a day in a 1 ounce serving. If you haven't seen that before, then I guess most of the foods you eat don't have much. Maybe you should eat more of this. ;) BTW, what the heck are they made of? Corn? Potato? Wheat? Quinoa?

The first ingredient is going to be rice.
 
They put on the front that there are 20 essential vitamins and minerals in the product; I guess they wanted you to know what they all are. These Outstanding Guilt-free Puffs are health food, you know! [emoji16]
