Pasta with Peppers and Capers

Boil 1 box Penne Pasta, drain.

Fry in 1/4 cup Olive oil: 2 red peppers cut in long slices
2 yellow peppers (cut same)
2 red onions sliced thick rings, seperated
5 cloves of garlic sliced

Fry this about 10-15 min till soft and almost browned.
Add 10 basil leaves
Add 1/2 bottle capers with liquid. Cook additional 5 minutes.
Pour over pasta, mix, add black pepper.
