Private message wouldn't come up

I recieved a private message and when I push the ok button a window comes up stating cannot open message. Any suggestios?

You may have Pop up blocker on OR you are on your phone. I get that error message on my phone because it can't open another window. Go up to the top right of the site under the "Welcome ..." You last visited: ..." and click Private Messages. Click and read your message from there.
