Saw this idea for a pizza muffin and adapted it using BBQ goodies. Started with Pillsbury dough sheet, mix Sweet Baby Rays and some Reverend Marvin's as the pizza sauce, then leftover pulled pork, few diced onions and bell peppers and a few pepperonis I had leftover, covered it with some blended Italian cheese again I had leftover, rolled it up and cut it in slices, baked it off in a muffin pan for about 20 minutes. Only change I would make would be putting the roll in the freezer for a few minutes before slicing. Would be a good appetizer, I was pleased with the first try.
