Rec-Tec customer service

Bought one of these great grills a few weeks back and so far I only have one cook on it due to weather

But I just wanted to tell ya' how good the customer service is. I have a front caster with a flat spot on causing it to jump when moving it in and out of the garage

So I text Ben this morning asking if there was a parts catalog available so I could order a new caster.

I feel it's not a bad caster but enough to want a new one so it would roll smooth. Ben text back within minutes to say "New one on order" and had it shipped before I could say thank you.

Can't say enough about these grills or the company BOTH ARE GREAT!!

Now that's service and Ben knew who I was, like having a friend at the Rec-Tec warehouse

Yes it does, too bad many companies outsource that these days.
