1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
1 cup salad oil
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 tablespoon tarragon, chopped

Combine egg yolk, vinegar, anchovy paste and salt in bowl. Beat in the salad oil, 2 tablespoons at a time. Stir in cream, lemon juice, onion, garlic, chives, parsley, and tarragon.
