Replicating Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Okay, so a few years ago, I found a product called Flipz Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzels in my local Sainsburys. I do not have a sweet tooth so these were brilliant. Super crunchy pretzel dark chocolate heaven!

They soon became unavailable in Sainsburys, and then (after buying a case from Amazon), unavailable everywhere.

So, I have assembled the "makings". I have some pretzels. Some dark chocolate, and some Himalayan rock salt.

How do I cover the pretzels in the chocolate, get some salt in there, without making an unholy mess and wasting a load of chocolate?

I would at least like them to look vaguely like a chocolate covered pretzel.
