Roast Beef Sandwich

Cooked this roast yesterday. Let it rest in the fridge overnight and sliced it up tonight.

I posted this pic yesterday but here it is again.

My sandwich. The roast beef, mayo, horseradish, bbq sauce, deli mustard, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion on a Bolio Roll.
