We had cold smoked salmon on St-Viateur sesame seed bagels with cream cheese. The usual sliced onion and capers were also there as well as dill pickles. No pictures - you know what that looks like.

You have some strange looking chicken there Andy.

Ohio State football started tonight! In honor of Himself's Alma mater, we began the season with authentic, original QuiSno's subs, made in the same way as the family shop did back on Chittenden in Columbus.

Gal pal's in for the long week-end.

Mussels in Cream and Pernod. Fries with Habanero Aioli.

no pics, well, unless you want a picture of the empty shells?

I've made this several times but tonight's was over the top delisioso! Michelin 5 Star rating guarantee. Would have been an unprecedented 7 star had the mussels been bought from a fish monger instead of the box store. Still, in the 2kg bag only 2 were kakah.
